SCOPE OF WORK
- Type of project: Tiny home, building for a resort property, must be at least 24 feet, 400sqft limit on the tiny home. Dont need any furniture in it, have a sewer hookup, need bathrooms. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Loft space is ok. If one bedroom is upstairs would need regular stairs not a ladder. Nice to have washer/dryer space in the unit. Pre land.
Do a trailer for a few months after home sale while tiny home is getting going
