Multiple Residential Repair/Remodeling
We want to replace the bathroom exhaust fan with a bigger one, which will probably require enlarging the opening in the ceiling and getting into the attic to adjust the ductwork. Our other projects are to replace our back door, including the encasement, and replace old flooring with cork flooring, both glue-down tiles for two bathrooms and floating click for three bedrooms. I am available to speak with contractors.
