Sewer Hook-up
Existing single-family home owners want to hook up to an existing sewer main and an existing sewer service stub that are accessible to/for this property.
Lakehaven Water & Sewer District (LWSD) authorized contractor required because the stub did not extend onto this property when installed in 2007.
This will be a gravity (not pressure) sewer system.
The existing service stub is 6’ deep.
