Multiple Residential Repair/Remodeling
The back room was a patio; the previous owner enclosed it. There are 14 windows that are rusted shut. During hard rains, water comes up through the floor, and I would like more wall space to use it as an office and reading room.
Available Thursday in the morning; this is a busy week for me.
