Multiple Residential Repair/Remodeling
I’m looking to get an estimate for the following work on our home:
Attic Access: Install a pull-down ladder to access our attic. Currently, the only entry is through a small, awkward opening in a second-floor closet, so we’ve never been able to use the space.
Attic Flooring: Install simple, functional flooring (e.g., plywood) to make the attic walkable and usable for storage. Right now, it’s just rafters and insulation.
Satellite Dish Removal: Remove an old satellite dish from the roof and patch the area as needed. The dish fell during heavy rains earlier this year, and we want any potential holes properly sealed.
Bathroom Vent Fan: Install a ceiling vent fan in the second-floor bathroom, venting to the outside.
