Electrical System Service and Grounding Equipment, Main Overcurrent Device, Main and Distribution Panels Inspector: Observed at the rear of the home, the electrical meter is not grounded. This is an electrical hazard. I observed that the electrical panel is not labeled sufficiently to identify branch circuits. Recommend updating the label section by an electrician.
