We are currently evaluating commercial painting contractors to support a project that involves the exterior and potentially selective interior repainting of our primary manufacturing building. We’re seeking qualified, insured professionals experienced with industrial sites, including metal siding, tilt-up concrete, and large mechanical access areas.
Project Overview:
• Location: Fontana, CA (San Bernardino County)
• Building Size: ~90,000 sq. ft. on 5 acres (single-story industrial structure)
• Scope of Work:
Surface prep and pressure washing
Primer and final paint coats for exterior (including metal and concrete)
Painting of roller doors
