Addition
Its a duplex now. Front house is not touched and back house I would like to add second floor to take existing 2/2 into two story 2 apartments that are 3/2. For that I would need to build extra 300 sqft extension at the back of the house. The existing foor in back unit is flat now so possible to take second floor is foundation will allow it. So will need to add 300sqdt extension plus 900 sq ft second floor. There are two bathrooms existing and one kitchen. Will have to add 1 more kitchen and 2 more bathrooms upstairs.
