Painting and Drywall Repair
I rent the property. It needs painting throughout the interior. I started it, but I realized I'm too old to do it. I'm hoping to get it available for rent by August 1st. I also have a need to have a drywall repair in the garage. I had a leak and have never replaced the drywall. The patio cover also looks like it may need some repair of the drywall/paint.
Please advise your availability. I have all new floors coming in but wish to have the painting done prior to the new floors.
