Looking to turn part of our exterior yard into an addition from a bedroom into a walk-in closet and master bathroom. house is a 2/1, and I would like to turn it into a 2/2.
Currently a window that would need to be broken down into a doorway and then completely built. We would like for it to have a mini-split and tankless water heater so it is not tying into the existing ones on the property. Maintain the existing roof slope. concrete, not wood framing. A/c lines and location must remain.
