This is a 3-level new construction project (garage + two stories above) for the Patel Residence. We are requesting complete bids for:
-Framing Scope
Metal stud wall framing, all floors – 17,040 sqft total
(Wall heights: 12’ Main & Upper Levels, 12’ First Floor Garage, 4’ Roof perimeter walls)
Ceiling furring system – 3,000 sqft
Soffits – 250 linear ft
Bulkheads – 150 linear ft
All framing per architectural and structural drawings
Includes fastening, blocking, headers, furring channels, and all required components for finish-ready surfaces
