Looking for an electrician to install a junction for OG&E to connect underground cable from transformer.

Again the purpose of my contact was to find a local electrician to set a junction for a meter connection from an OG&E transformer. The wiring would be underground and then possibly additional underground lines by Levi up to a point to establish electrical service for a future dwelling.
