We're looking to get a full, four seasons (heated and cooled) addition added on to our house. We currently have a 12 by 10 foot slab, and we want to cover that with the addition. Also, we're curious about cost differences between built-in desk space versus bare walls (we find our own furniture), so let's price that out as well. Our idea is to have a desk along the left and top walls and then a bookshelf around our existing wall on the right side where the sliding door is.
