Painting and repairing moldings, installing new ones, and closing off where the pony wall used to be. This also includes a significant amount of painting. We need repainting done in the hallway, family room, bathroom, and some touch-ups for the kitchen cabinets. Additionally, we'd like to fill in the wall opening above the former pony wall.
