Basement Remodel
We are looking to finish our basement. I have a rough idea of what I want but am happy to discuss ideas or suggestions. We live in the Villages of Urbana. The space we're finishing is roughly 1200-1500 sq ft. The exterior walls are framed and insulated, and there is some roughed-in plumbing. We are looking to put in a rec room with a wet bar, a bedroom/office, and a bathroom.
