Kitchen Remodel
I had a pipe burst in a wall, and I went through a process to get the water damage torn out and any other issues (termites and mold) remediated. A certified mold inspector and working crew have both inspected the property and implemented a plan that resolved the issues found.
The insurance claim process has now finished, and I am ready to bring in someone to tear out the other half of the kitchen cabinets and restore the full kitchen and living room flooring back to a good condition.
My desire is to get tile flooring, butcher block countertops, and painted cabinets put in. New lighting fixtures and dimming switches would be nice as well.
Ideally, I'd also like to replace the porch countertop and raise up the porch roof onto concrete blocks or get it fully replaced.
