Concrete Pad Work
Form and pour a 103"L X 39.5"W X 6"H concrete pad in backyard.
Pad will be for future bbq island.
Two sides of the pad will be against the exterior of the home foundation slab, and the other two sides will be bordered by a travertine patio.
The new pad finished height should be a 1 - 3 inches above the sloped travertine patio.
Use of suitable rebar and or mesh is required.
Timing is flexible but preferred complete no later than 2/15/25.
