Roof Work
We had a composition roof installed in spring 2022 (replaced a shake roof) and have had difficulty ever since. The sand/grit from the roof clocked my drainage system which cannot be effectively snaked, the gutters do not drain properly and water 'stands' at the northeast, south, and southwest of the gutters (which was NOT the case with the old 26ga Metal gutters. The gutters are also too short, and they should have been 7" gutters (the beams out the east and west of the ouse are now visible and exposed,. So I need a system that drains water from my parcel from back to front, which may involved the need for concrete work.
