Looking to start at some point this year, wanting to start an addition
In my smaller home, part of my garage was converted into some additional living space
Has a 1 1/4 garage. Want to convert 3/4 of that into living space?
The extend the remaining garage forward to the front of the current one to have a 2 car garage
Garage Conversion and Addition:
Convert 3/4 of current garage space to an office
Extend the remaining garage space forward to create a new 2-car garage
Want to add a mini-split in the office
Budget: $10k for room conversion, and hopefully somewhere under $15k-20k for the garage
Timeline: Start initial steps ASAP and finish in the next 10 months (for the office conversion)
