Porch and Patio Repair
1. Jack up the back porch corner of a single-family residential home a couple of inches with a beam.
2. Demo and replace the concrete patio, which is cracked.
3. Replace footings/achors for two posts.
4. Replace posts with pressure-treated posts.
5. Remove jacks.
6. Clean up area.
