Cosmetic Bathroom Remodel
We need to do cosmetic remodel of two small bathrooms.
The guest bathroom needs a new shower door, 36-40” vanity, medicine cabinet, new vanity light fixture, possibly new floor tile (am hoping the tile goes back to the wall under the vanity so we can keep the current tile), minor patching and paint.
We have drywall guy and painter, so we can take care of this part of the project. And I’m working with a guy about : all the lighting for the house, so he will take care of the vanity light.
Master bathroom: need a tiled shower with very low step, new shower door, toilet, vanity, floor tile, medicine cabinet mirror, side medicine cabinet, new wiring for side sconce lights, Panasonic fan, and drywall patching (behind current big mirror, closing the hole where light fixture is now (abo...
