Interior Cosmetic Work
It’s a rental property that needs a lot of interior cosmetic work. I need someone to look at the property and tell me what YOU think needs to be done to fix it up to sell ASAP. We live in Florida, but the house is vacant, and our realtor has access.
The house is vacant and in Goodyear, Arizona. I need a contractor to look at the property and tell us what we need to do to fix it up to sell. It's over 20 years old and probably needs a lot of work, so we need a contractor we can work with and trust, especially with us being out of state. Our realtor will provide access to the workers.
