Greetings, I am searching for a knowledgeable contractor to help with a Tacoma, Washington new home construction project.
Only subs for:
For a 1458-square-foot, one-story SFR, the services include excavation, foundation work, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framing, roof insulation, and painting.
For the sake of budgeting, we are now working on obtaining estimates (prior to bids). The engineering and plans are finished and authorized.
