Duct Work
There was an attic fire at this residence. The cause was electrical, smoldering insulation with no open flames, but a few damaged ceiling joists.
Obviously there are electrical issues. This is an older house (1958), and the original wiring did not include a neutral. I don't know if code will require more work to bring the panel up to current code, etc.
The sheetrock ceiling in the living room and bathroom was pulled down by the FD, along with some damage to walls, etc.
The ductwork for the swamp cooler was torn out, and there are a couple of sections of double-wall pipe removed that connected to the furnace and water heater.
Downstairs basement ceiling tile was damaged by water along with carpet.
Prior to this, I was planning to replace windows and re-roof, but this would have to ...
