Concrete Patio and Drainage Work
The patio will be in my backyard. (possibly stained to match the color of the dirt since I have a couple dogs). I measured approximately 18’ W x 32’ L. Drainage is an issue due to the slight grade. During heavy rains, the water collects in a large area along the back of the house.
I have a French patio door that I was told (after the fact) should not be installed facing south due to it leaking. Therefore, now I have the incentive to get a patio and hopefully a roof to prevent the door from leaking. Enclosed are a couple photos. If interested, please contact me. Thanks!
