Home Addition
Add on to Bathroom with Walk in closet.
Would involve adding a small roof over addition
to back of house.
Approximately 65 sq ft of extension of closet needs roof. Have an existing foundation.
Existing bath is 5'x 5' and new closet (5' or 6' x 10') would connect to bath with small door between them.
Also need an outside door from adjacent bedroom to outside slab.
Attached plans subject to alterations and advice.
Quote would include new shower and flooring as needed.
