Basement Remodel
We just purchased a house on Ash Street in Hanover. We need to convert the basement into rooms because it is unfinished. There's a cement floor and there's wallboard. The man was using it as a woodshop. We would like to put in a bathroom, kitchen, bedroom living room combination and an office. The basement is the whole length of the house so it's considerable in size oh and we also would need to put in one of those breakout windows in case there is a fire and I would need to get out. There is a hole for a sump pump and drain but no sump pump. We would like to get some estimates on doing the work.
