New Home Construction
In the very near future, my wife and i are looking to move to Montana. I'm doing a little research right now to find out what the cost of building is in Montana so we were able to roughly calculate a cost sheet. I have been in the construction/maintenance field for some years; now years ago, I Retired. So I know estimates change. Again, if you could let me know what the average price per square foot is. Ft. As well, how far out are you booked up to?.
