Multiple Residential Repair/Remodeling
We just bought an old house from 1961, a "Modular House," and we need a major renovation. Here is a list of the first steps we are looking to take:
Priority-wise, we need the following household upgrades:
1. Electricity: Currently, there is no dedicated wire that directly connects our electrical system to the ground. We also plan to install solar panels in the future.
2. Windows: Some windows need to be replaced, and we may replace the glass in some of them. Our goal is to install double-glazed or insulated glass windows.
3. Walls: The house currently has single walls, and we are considering building double walls with soundproofing and insulation to save on electricity. Additionally, we would like to create storage niches within some of these walls.
