Remove some overgrown plants, refresh a decomposed granite pathway, install 2 new drip systems (one on the west side and another on the north side), and build a surround for the HVAC unit. Lay weed cloth, cover with bark and pebbles. Add a few natives and succulents. Possibly install a few solar lights at the entry. Licensed and insured contractors, please.
