Excavation and Grading Work
Scope of work: site work excavation, septic, well drilling, trenching for electrical, driveway cut, backfill, final grading, etc. Budget undetermined. Yes, I am available this week to speak with contractors.

My husband and I are planning to build a home beginning hopefully in January 2026. We are currently acquiring the required permits and hope to have them by December. We are now in the process of looking for an excavator to do the necessary work at the building site. We are looking for the following: sitework (land clearing, excavation of foundation, etc.), installation of septic and propane system and tanks, well drilling (if you do that), trenching for electrical wiring, driveway cut, back fill, final grading, and possibly additional work.
