Roofing Work
There are two different issues we would like estimates for on our home and detached garage.
We have a garage that needs new shingles and some of the press board replaced due to leaking. (Entire garage roof shingles need replaced.)
We also need to have an estimate for a leak in our house roof near a vent that has caused some damage to the bathroom ceiling and most likely mold in the attic portion. Lilly construction re-roofed the house back in 2006 and would like a check on current condition. If you're interested, please reach out. Thank you!
