We've received 1 quote from a recommended source for this ADU in Alachua county outside High Springs city limits. We hope to provide a livable space for 2 sisters. We need a small house on a graded foundation with some sod/grass around it; a small septic field; electric run to the box in the front of the outside yard; shingled roof; siding; shower; and 2 sinks if possible; reg. size washer/dryer; it will use our well; if we can afford it, 1.5 baths; a kitchen pantry; stove, microwave that vents outside; unsure on the dishwasher at this time; we use Clay electric;
