Addition and Home Remodel
We are trying to remodel and add an addition to our home. We have architectural plans, but they need to be revised, so we need an architect like you and fair and reliable contractors.
1) We want to add a new Dining room with basement below to be used as a media room
2) We want to add a porch with balcony above the dining room
3) We want to remodel the kitchen and add a panty by expanding the footprint.
4) We currently have a 2 -car garage and a 1-car garage that is at a 90- degree angle to the 2 -car garage but want to make a 3-car garage that in all in the same direction
5) Add a new laundry room, extra pantry, and storage area on the main floor where the current 2- car garage exists.
