Shower Vanity Remodel
The shower is to be replaced. The old shower has already been removed. The cultured marble shower pan and wall panels have been purchased and are on site. The foundation is concrete and the shower drain will require some concrete work to position it properly for the new shower pan. Leveling the concrete will be required. A pony wall will be installed along one end of the shower. The framing has been done but not installed. The plumbing for the new shower will be at the opposite end of the shower from the old shower. Cutouts from the excess cultured marble will be cut to size and edge polished for window edging and a countertop on a bathroom cabinet.
Water proofing will need to be installed around shower area. Some drywall will need repair/replacement from removal of the old tile. Drywa...
