Front Door Replacement
- Replace and install the metal front door and its frame. (door & frame provided) and painted to match hallway, and exterior (2 colors)
- A decorative metal panel hung in a hall ceiling; this will likely require 4-6 holes drilled in drywall ceiling to affix to concrete shell
- Install a small Container Store/Elfa closet system in the finished closet. (header rail and 4 wall standards, cut closet rod to length.
