We would like to add a wall to one of the bedrooms in our home. The project is to reduce the size of the bedroom in order to add more space into the bathroom on the other side. The first stage of the project would be to frame in this wall, so the bedroom would be functional while, we then take on the bathroom portion of the project at a later date.
Adding in this wall will also entail the requirment to remove/fill in an exterior window opening, and then add an additional window to the the room on the exterior wall.
Note: The walls have had wallpaper removed already, so they would need to be plastered, prepped, and possibly painted.
