New Home Construction
The house was damaged in a fire. The remaining structure must be torn down. The original foundation should not need to be replaced. The new house must be the same square footage or larger than the original house. I don't have blueprints of the original house, but a contractor should be able to obtain them from Hartland Township in Livingston County MI.
