Boiler/Water Heater Replacement
I need a straightforward like-for-like replacement of my current A.O. Smith ProMax 40-gallon electric water heater located in a laundry closet. The T&P discharge and pan drain lines are already installed and functional — no new drain line needed.
Please include in your quote:
40-gallon electric water heater (Rheem Performance, A.O. Smith ProLine, or equivalent)
Reuse or replace existing drain pan as needed
New T&P valve and reconnection to existing line
Electrical hookup, permit, inspection, removal, and disposal of the old unit
