Need to have old gas water heater (copper lined) inspected. Also an estimate to replace if needed. There are new burn marks versus old on the outside of the heater. I’m wondering if there is a venting issue because I notice the chimney liner vent on the top of the chimney has shifted in position. Also need someone replace a kitchen faucet. I have the replacement faucet already. It would just need to be installed.
Also looking for senior discount if possible.
