External Door Installation
1) External door installation:
a) Purchase and install fire-code compliant, fiberglass external pre-hung door to include a peep hole, and a door threshold.
b) The door handle, peep hole, have already been purchased.
c) Exterior of door needs to be painted with HOA compliant paint color.
d) Any resulting stucco repair and associated painting to be included, as well
2) External balcony door hardware replacement:
a) Replace door handle and associated hardware, hinges for external balcony closet.
b) Door hardware has already been purchased
c) Paint existing door frame
3) Junk removal
a) Remove old door, frame, etc. and dispose of offsite, e.g., city dump
