Whole Home Remodel
Renovation for a top dollar sale. This is a cosmetic-only fix and flip project. It will consist of 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 1500 sq ft of floors, and the typical other repairs and updates. There's a bow in the basement wall that needs repaired, estimates have been given for 20k for this repair. The roof needs to be replaced.
I have not yet taken possession of the property. The property is currently entering a leaseback agreement with myself and the previous owner. I expect to take possession by the 15th of August.
