Parking Lot Asphalt Paving
Outside of Bee's Knees Pub & Catering Co. There is a rock planter in the front parking lot outside of the front door of the restaurant. It is partially surrounded by cement curbing. I would like the cement and rock removed and the space filled with asphalt to gain 2 more parking spaces and have it match the existing parking lot. There is a large pot hole near buy hopefully we could get that filled as well.
I am curious of the price if we remove the rock and cement if that will differ greatly?
Also, we are looking fixing out back loading dock. Removing the shrub on the right and moving the Conex box on the left to the space that the is where the shrub is and pave our loading dock and make it wider.
