HVAC Replacement
1) Replace existing central air system in main house (e.g., condenser/handler, etc.).
2) Replace existing heat pump system in in-law suite (condenser, probably indoor units too?)
3) extend heat pump to studio unit above the garage (e.g. add piping and another indoor unit)
