6-unit apartment building remodel
My wife and I are about to close on a 6-unit multi-family property in Jacksonville (Riverside) FL and plan to do significant renovations to each unit, as well as some exterior upgrades.
Shortly after closing, our goal is to start renovations on the exterior as well as the one vacant unit. We then plan to continue renovations on interior units as the leases turnover. Part of the exterior renovations will include a new roof and some driveway repair due to tree root damage.
