Various Home & Safety Projects
Home is being sold as part of an estate sale. Previous owner passed while renovating the home and had a metal roof installed, but the ridge vent (when inspected with a General Inspector) was determined to not even be cut properly so it can vent at all, causing issues with the home. We want to buy the home with our VA loan, but this will be a major issue.
Further projects include fixing leaks throughout the home, checking and fixing any electrical issues, tearing out the old carpet in the 4 bedrooms to replace with new, and repainting work.
We need quotes on all of these projects if the sellers refuse to cover them, as we will be switching to a VA renovation loan in that case. If you can handle more than one of these, that is a bonus.
