PO has a sunroom (approx 10x17 sqft) that she wants to split in half to convert one side into a pantry and the other side into a master bath with a walk-in shower. There is a bay window in the middle of the sunroom that needs to be removed and filled in to convert the sunroom into the 2 separate rooms. She also wants a walk-in closet built in her room (approx 5x10 sqft). She doesn't need shelving done in the closet. Also needs the countertops in the kitchen changed to match the pantry. She already knows where she's getting all the cabinets from. Budget is $60k and hoping to stay within budget. PO is willing to wait on the walk-in closet if it doesn't fit into the budget. Wants to start the project in May. The project needs to be completed before October because she has knee surgery.

PO doing this for her son and his wife Brandon & Bianca Rice. She wants to expand the back of the house to open it up to make the bedroom, dining room, and living room, bigger. Also wants to convert the 2 car garage into a bedroom with a small bathroom with a screen room as well. Want estimates asap. Based on the estimates, she will move forward or decide to purchase a new home, whichever makes sense. She's not sure of the square footage. Her budget is $70k.
