Custom Home Build
My name is John Ondush, I have a 1 acre lot with septic installed on my property in the Bear Creek Lake community. This would be a total new build. Right now I am at square one, a blank sheet of paper. I have concepts of what I would like to build I have seen on planning websites. I am not looking to start building until next spring.
