Deck Demo and Replacement

Attached are a couple of pics of my house showing the deck that we would like to replace along with three drawings for reference. The 'existing' deck layout, the 'new' deck that we'd like as a replacement and an 'overlay' of the two showing the differences. We would like to replace both the existing upper deck (~7'x25') and slightly larger lower deck (new = ~19'x35') with low maintenance composite materials, re-installed with new beams and supporting sonotubes and a small extension of the lower deck roof line. We'd also like the stairs moved to corner of the 'new' layout. Demo materials can be incinerated on-site. We would like to have this work done in early Summer (May/June) of 2026. I need to have the covering and railings of my back deck redone. Wood base deck and plexiglas cover were built 3 years ago. The first heavy snow caused the top to collapse and break supporting posts. Has a wheelchair ramp across outer deck. 12 x 24 deck that goes across back sliding glass doors, the gutters above door were removed and need to be incorporated with design.
