Steel Mezannine Modification
We are purchasing this property. The steel mezzanine was installed in 1994, and one section needs to be removed. We also need the asphalt parking lot removed and replaced with concrete and proper drainage. Escrow is closing March 31 and we need the work done immediately thereafter.
